goimagine
A mission-driven platform redefining e-commerce by putting people first, supporting independent artisans while donating a portion of every transaction to help children in need. It’s where creativity meets conscious consumerism.
Role: Co-Founder & Creative Director
Scope: Brand Identity, UX/UI, Omnichannel Marketing, Storytelling · Building a High-Trust Marketplace
To compete against mass-manufactured retail giants, goimagine required an end-to-end visual architecture that balanced institutional e-commerce trust with human warmth. I established the sitewide design standards, responsive catalog hierarchy, and editorial landing pages—creating a scalable platform that honored individual artisan craft while driving commercial growth.
To build momentum in a crowded retail landscape, I directed multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to cut through algorithmic noise and champion the "Handmade for Good" pledge. From high-impact out-of-home advertising and print assets to targeted digital promotions, I created visual narratives that translated our philanthropic commitment into mainstream consumer awareness and measurable platform growth.
Driving National Awareness Through Mission-First Creative
A thriving marketplace relies entirely on trust between its makers and buyers. I established the social frameworks, content guidelines, and grassroots community assets—including maker meetups, studio spotlights, and process-driven editorial features—that transformed isolated artisans into an interconnected collective. By prioritizing human stories over sterile product grids, we fostered deep seller retention and enduring brand loyalty.
Cultivating a Movement Around Makers and Craft
Transforming an online marketplace into physical spaces required high-visibility, modular environmental elements. By collaborating with city arts districts, local markets, and established craft institutions, I led the development of out-of-home advertising, event pop-up environments, and outdoor retail signage. These initiatives activated grassroots community spaces and urban transit points, providing digital creators with a distinct physical presence in the real world.
